Samsung Galaxy Fold Vs Huawei Mate X: le duel du pliable.

Nous sommes presque à la fin du premier trimestre de 2019 et voilà que les constructeurs de smartphones nous ont impressionnés avec des innovation comme LG avec son déverrouillage veineuse, les smartphones compatibles 5G ou encore Samsung et Huawei avec leurs smartphones pliables. Le sujet au cœur du débat est de savoir lequel des deux smartphones pliables est le meilleur. Commençons d’abord avec un aperçu des deux smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy Fold: le premier de la lignée?

Dévoilé au grand public le 20 Février 2019 à l’occasion du lancement des nouveaux fleurons de la gamme Galaxy S, le Galaxy Fold ne fut pas le premier smartphone (Royole FlexPai) pliable du marché mais le premier dans la catégorie du haut de gamme. Ce smartphone dispose de deux écrans, un interne pour le mode tablette de 7.3 pouces pliable et un externe pour le mode smartphone de 4.6 pouces. Il dispose de 6 capteurs photos: 3 à l’arrière, 2 à l’intérieur du smartphone pour le mode selfie et 1 à l’avant. Disposant d’une mémoire vive de 12Go et d’un stockage interne de 512 Go, ce smartphone nous est proposé à un prix de 1980 dollars et sera disponible dès le 26 Avril prochain sur le marché américain.

Huawei Mate X: la réponse à Samsung

Huawei, grand concurrent de Samsung ne s’est pas laissé impressionné et décida de lancer son smartphone pliable le Huawei Mate X quelques jours après le lancement du Galaxy Fold à l’occasion du MWC à Barcelone. Il s’agit dans ce cas d’un smartphone pliable qui ne dispose que d’un seul écran de 6.6 pouces qui une foie déplié se transforme en tablette de 8 pouces. Comme on le dit souvent, Huawei a fait d’une pierre deux coups! Pour les caractéristiques, le smartphone de Huawei est le premier smartphone pliable compatible 5G car il bénéficie d’une compatibilité avec le modem fait maison de Huawei , le Balong 5000. Il dispose d’une mémoire vive de 8 Go et d’un espace stockage de 512 Go. La recharge rapide est aussi l’un des arguments clés du Mate X car lors du lancement de ce smartphone, l’on nous a fait savoir que le chargeur rapide de ce smartphone pouvait être 6 fois plus rapide que l’IPhone XS Max. Côté ergonomie, le Mate X semble prendre de l’avance car il recouvre pratiquement la totalité de l’écran aussi bien en mode smartphone qu’en mode tablette. Le smartphone aussi est d’une finesse très agréable et pèse moins lourd que le Galaxy Fold et sera disponible à partir du deuxième semestre de 2019.

En résumé, chacun de ces smartphones propose des atouts particuliers car du côté de Samsung nous avons une construction un peu plus résistance contrairement au Mate X.Du côté de Huawei nous avons la compatibilité avec la 5G et une recharge très rapide. Est-il vraiment nécessaire de procurer des smartphones qui ne sont finalement que des tablettes une fois dépliées?
